Synopsis
Young Lex and Superboy start out as friends, but after Superboy accidentally destroys Luthor's laboratory and accidentally causes Lex to lose his hair, Luthor vows revenge.
Notes
Bottom inch of the front cover is a listing by country of the price which should be paid in different currencies for each country: Burma, Ceylon, Formosa, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Malaya, Philippines, Thailand and Vietnam. Primary currency at top of cover is 40 [cents], which only matches the Philippines price, so assumed to be that currency type.
