Synopsis
Barry and Iris encounter a new villain named Papercut, who has the power to control paper and wood. Kid Flash shows up to stop him, but Wally gets careless, and Barry has to change to the Flash to rescue innocents. Barry and Iris both confront Wally about skipping school to be Kid Flash. Wally is anxious to prove himself, and seeks out a new villain known as the Walking Shadow, who turns out to be an old villain: The Shade!
Notes
There is a 4 page insert promo for DC's Young Animal line of comics in all of the DC comics published this same week which accounts for the increased page count.
