Synopsis
Green Guardian captures purse snatcher Jonathan Dough and returns the lady's purse. Jonathan explains that he is desperate to feed his child, but won't accept charity. Green Guardian turns him over to police, but also convinces him to reform, and to accept help when it's offered.
Notes
This is the fourth issue of a magazine that is generally a non-comics publication. The third issue was joint with the third issue of Adventures in Crapville (# 2.5).
