Between pages 32 and 33 of this issue of Advance Comics, there's pages TB-1 - TB-32, an "issue" of True Believer. This is just promotional material from Marvel, without a foreword.
Pages 143-147 form Ultrawatch, a fictional in-universe newspaper. It has a cover page (titled Ultra Heroes or Ultra Bucks: The High Price of Ultra Merchandising), and 4 pages forming an article titled "Pick A Card... Any Card" by Dusty Grant, with paintings by Dave Dorman.
