Synopsis
Frances Verral will go to any length to become a movie star, but in the end realizes all she really wants is to be a wife and mother. Fran moves to Hollywood, but is unable to break into movies. She falls in love with Brad, a studio electrician, and gets extra roles. Fran learns star Glenn has a weakness for women with a certain hairdo, so she has her hair dyed and styled that way. Glenn notices Fran and promotes her career; they become a couple and Fran dumps Brad. However, when she returns to her old hairdo, Glenn rejects her. Fran decides being Brad’s wife is her career now.
