On-sale date from Previews (Diamond Comic Distributors, 1988 Series) v2#5 (#41) 1992. Text in upper right corner of cover is "Reprinting the first appearance of Morbius The Living Vampire". Was issued to promote the new series, Morbius: The Living Vampire (Marvel, 1992 series) and contains a one page advertisement for the series. Other changes include, but not limited to, are a re-colored cover, additional pricing on cover, a different indicia, re-colored interior, advertisements replaced, story page numbers removed and the facing pages in the original are not in the reprint. Second printing is in the indicia.
