This volume funded via a Kickstarter campaign at http://kck.st/370imuX As described in the Kickstarter campaign, this was originally planed as a 52-page perfect bound magazine. After the campaign was concluded, the publisher could not find a printer to make a 52-page perfect bound magazine, so it was converted into a 60-page trade paperback, at no extra costs to the Kickstarter backers.
