Synopsis

The FF & Warlock story ‘The Way Home’ was originally written & drawn in 1993 & submitted to Marvel as plain photocopies & script that year, earning a form rejection slip. It was later lettered for fun with the advent of computer lettering in the late 90’s. A friend pointed out that in the lettered form it could now be just read as a comic rather than pages with a script and was worthy of another try. Easier for the editors to just read! So it was mocked-up into a not for sale pitch comic. Contact details were stapled to the cover and every Marvel editor sent copies in 2002. There was no reply.
