Synopsis
Captain Tootsie and Rollo are invited to have a meeting at the Cadwallader home. But during the visit, Dr. Narsty shows up to steal the host's jewels, and Tootsie saves the day.
Notes
Al Capp had numerous assistants during the run of Li'l Abner. Because they are not easily identifiable, story and art credits are given as Al Capp, although it might be more accurate for the credit to read Al Capp Studio.
