Batman: The Adventures Continue Season Two #7

Synopsis

Batman and Robin learn that the Mad Hatter's mind control has been used on several people, including Barbara Gordon, who is compelled to tell lies about Hamilton Hill to convince Gotham's voters to elect Mayfield. The Dynamic Duo tracks Mayfield to Arkham Asylum, where he is trying to bargain with Batman's enemies, but it's there that the news comes in that Hill has won the election in spite of Mayfield's dirty tricks.
