Synopsis

Sylvia marries soldier Dick but is nervous about meeting his well-to-do family. When his mother and sister don’t show up at Sylvia’s party, she’s sure they dislike her. Sylvia is also suspicious that Dick is still interested in his old girlfriend Lily. Sylvia decides to leave, but faints (because she is pregnant). Dick’s mother says they just wanted to give the newlyweds some space, and Dick explains he was helping Lily elope with someone else. All is well.
