Synopsis
Iron Man is weakened from his battle with the Black Knight. He has just enough energy left in his armor to summon Pepper for aid. She drives him to the Stark factory where he recharges. An aggrieved Senator Byrd telephones and threatens Stark with a subpoena. Pepper, who still hates Tony Stark, shows concern for Iron Man. In the hospital, Happy Hogan is treated with Stark's untested Enervator device. Happy turns into the Freak and goes berserk. He tussles with Iron Man and then runs away.
