Synopsis

Two-Face and the surviving Task Force Z members rescue Red Hood from KGBeast, and then the team is confronted by Batman. In flashback, we learn the origins of the Lazarus Resin, and how it was developed by a team working for Powers International that included Resurrection Man Mitch Shelley and Mr. Bloom, before Mr. Bloom betrayed the team and put his own plan into motion.
