Synopsis

Arlene and her younger sister Cynthia are spending the summer at the beach. Arlene bemoans the lack of a social life, since there are too few grown men around. Cynthia, noticing Arlene's interest in handsome Larry, pretends to be drowning so Larry will rescue her. This leads to an introduction to Arlene and a date for the dance. Arlene doesn't think her sister is a "brat" any more!
