Synopsis
Alma irrationally fantasizes horrible results at the slightest suggestion of a problem. She and Steve fall in love, but her panicked reactions to off-hand comments and rumours cause them to break up. Alma, fearing an atomic war, flees the city but suddenly realises how her unfounded fears have ruined her life. She goes back to the city, apologises to her brother Dan, and is reunited with Steve.
