Synopsis

Most of the officers quit in a rage, but Kemlo woos them back by pointing out their role as police, promising a hearing with the commissioner at Grand Central, and urging "creative" compliance with the new regulations. Joe Pi continues his undercover investigation of illicit software. Kemlo and his wife adopt a child. And Dust Devil's mother dies.
