Synopsis

David sees a psychiatrist about his recurring nightmare of being suffocated in an hourglass. Under hypnosis, he reveals that he was a prisoner of the Japanese during World War II, and collaborated with his captors. As a result, many of his fellow Americans died, including some in a building constructed in hourglass-shape. Dr. Tate tells David he can't treat him. David is later sent to Minnesota by his boss to inspect a new type of grain elevator. Once inside, he's trapped and suffocated by grain. Both the elevator owner and Dr. Tate had brothers who died in the POW camp because of David.
