While sporting a new cover, this issue reprints the interior comics content of Paul Terry's Comics (St. John, 1951 Series) #93 (July 1952) except for the one-page stories on the inside front and inside back covers of the earlier issue.
Being a full interior reprinting of Paul Terry's Comics #93 would explain why Heckle and Jeckle appear only once in their own magazine.
