Synopsis
Huey, Dewey, and Louie are trying to pick up trash from the bay, but a mysterious craft is dumping toxic chemicals in the bay at night. Donald goes for a tour on a submarine, but accidentally sends the sub on a runaway trip. Meanwhile, Huey, Dewey, and Louis have found the source of the toxic chemicals, but get captured by some vicious characters.
