Synopsis
After receiving information that more waste would be put into the Tar Ponds, Constable Edward MacIssac is shot and thrown into the ponds and emerges as Slagg, a mutated creature who can communicate with Canadian wildlife. As he deals with the monster that he has become, he seeks revenge against the thugs that shot him.
