Issues 1 and 2 were published and released together. Also, the variant tracking was done across both issues, so Variants A & B were variants of issue 1, variants C & D were variants of issue 2, variants E & F were variants of issue 1, etc.

No price on the comic, but the smallest Kickstarter pledge that included this variant was $20.
