Synopsis
U.S. Navy sailor Dan places an ad in the “personal column” of a newspaper. He corresponds with Betty, but when he visits, Dan discovers Betty’s 16-year-old sister Peggy was the one who wrote to him. Dan’s sea duty lasts for two years: every week he gets a cablegram from Betty. When he gets back, he discovers Betty is married and it was once again Peggy who’d been writing to him. Dan decides to marry Peggy.
