Synopsis
Bliss takes Quasar back to her apartment, thinking that he is under her hypnotic control. She orders him to kill Harry (who is implied to be a powerful criminal involved with her), but instead Quasar takes Harry to the police station. Quasar returns, accompanied by two female cops who arrest Bliss. Her power to control the pheromones of men doesn't work on women, nor on Quasar because he has no nose.

No publication date given in issue. The preceding and subsequent issues are dated 1997, which would suggest a 1997 date for this issue as well. However, the artist's signature on the front cover includes the date "2003," which suggests that the issue was published in 2003, out of sequence from the other issues. More research will need to be done in order to determine an accurate date of publication for this issue.
