Publication date was previous noted as March 1993, but there is no date in this indexer's copy. One of the illustrations is signed "95". Contains an in-house ad for Tales from Dimension 5 (1994 series) as "shipping this October" in strikethrough font, possibly suggesting that it was available already. That issue is indexed as 1994.
