Synopsis
Meg, an only child, grows up “spoiled and temperamental.” She marries Clif and continues her demands and complaints, until he finally leaves her. Meg moves in with her friend Alice, who is married and has a young daughter. Under Meg’s influence, Alice neglects her household duties and her family. When Alice’s daughter falls ill, her husband demands that Meg leave. Meg realises she’s ruined her life and vows to change. She gets a new job and coincidentally Clif is hired there as well. They are reunited.
