Synopsis

Enthusiastic young reporter Judy P'Tooty arrives at Popeye's tugboat dock seeking the story of how Popeye lost his eye. She gets conflicting and unrelated versions of the tale from Olive Oyl, Wimpy, and Bluto. But is this prying reporter more than she seems? Things then happen fast for Popeye, as both an old and a new enemy strike against the Sailor Man - who is aided by the timely arrival of an old friend.
