Synopsis
Bishop visits his boss, Vazhin, and demands that he lay off of Mr. M (Vazhin had the dangerous mutant shot in the head last issue). Izzy decides to investigate a band of mutants who live underground as they have young children with them. Bishop listens to Armena's marriage woes but, just as he puts his arms around her in comfort, Izzy comes home and flips out. Enraged, Izzy visits Lara at the strip club. The leader of the Tunnel Rats, Melek, causes a blackout in District X in an attempt to get the upworlders to leave his people alone.
