Synopsis

Richie and Gloria buy an ice cream parlor, but soon discover that nothing in the place works. He learns that the man he bought the shop from has bought the dry cleaning store next door, and is doing a booming business because all of Richie's customers bring their clothes there to be cleaned after Richie squirts syrup and ice cream on them. When Gloria announces that the water coming from the well is black, Richie realizes that it isn't water, but crude oil.
