In lieu of a barcode, "Special Collector's Edition" is printed in the barcode box.

The toy company "Jazwares" released this Special Collector’s Edition in 2010 along with a two-pack of 3" Sonic the Hedgehog action figures. The figures included were Vector the Crocodile and Espio the Chameleon. The Vector the Crocodile figure was later replaced with a Knuckles the Echidna figure.

Unlike the other seven Sonic the Hedgehog and Sonic Universe "Special Collector’s Edition(s)" that were packaged with other figure two-packs, this issue is a reprint that has a different indicia, a different advertisement on the back cover, and four less pages than the standard edition.
