Synopsis

The X-Men try to discover if the new government implanted tracking chips caused the death of Jazz (they didn't, it was Johnny Dee). Val chastises Lazer for not telling her about the inhibitors built into the chips. On finding out that the chips are impossible to remove, the mutants rebel and Erg's chip is activated to stop him. Mr. M solves the problem by easily reaching in and removing all of the chips. He then opens a hole in the wall and decides to lead all mutants who will follow him to freedom. The X-Men intervene but this only proves to make the very powerful Mr. M very angry.
