As with issue #3 a detached double-sided single page black and white piece of paper was included inside the comic. One side is a comic story and the other an illustration designed to be a poster. This is included on the contents page as 'Killatoa', titled on the story as 'The Killatoa Express' and is listed as the final sequence for the issue.
