This book (and the series) contain an "indicia" at the bottom page 2 or 3 which has "Coda Publishing" with address, a bi-monthly frequency, and a copyright date of 1986 by "Frank J. Panucci". There is also a "Codicil" on the an inside page (varies with issue) with additional info on publishing staff.
