Notes
All but seven pages were shot from the original art. The cover and pages 6, 11, 126, and 131 were shot from the original paperback. Pages 7 and 60 were shot from a French edition. (English word balloons may have been replaced by Harvey Kurtzman. It is not clear in the credits.) Word balloons on the original art had fallen into disrepair and were masked and touched up by Ray Fehrenbach, Jan Manweiler, and Paula Meyer. (All info from credits page.)
