Synopsis
Special agent, railroad policemen Lieutenant Jim Johnson investigates and an unlocked railcar and missing items which eventually leads to locating two escaped convicts. The story then covers the history of the development of railroad police and their modern duties in protecting the railroads from criminal activity.
