Synopsis
Teenager Steve Kane is framed for the murder of his girlfriend Jennifer. In prison, Steve is almost killed by the Power when they try to use him in an experiment, but Big John sacrifices himself to save Steve. Dying, John transfers a skull-shaped tattoo to Steve's hand, transforming Steve into the superhuman Skul. Escaping prison, Steve is pursued by the Power and another superhuman called Silver Kiss, but Silver Kiss reaches him first and recaptures him.
