Synopsis
A werewolf travels with a circus side show from town to town. The beast kills people who mistreat animals. Though framing the circus's freak, it's really animal trainer Rogers. The freak sacrifices himself and takes out the bad guy by hurtling him in a deadly embrace from a rooftop.
