Followed by 408 pages of cover reproductions starting from [A-1 #[1] ([circa Nov 1945])](app://issue/217252) and ending with Kathy #1 (October 1959), 6 pages Index (B-1 to B-6), and two pages with space reserved for additions. A Limited Deluxe Edition Set containing leatherbound Vol. 1 & 2 in a slipcase without dust jackets is available. The set is limited to 900 copies (ISBN 0-9623328-1-X) and signed by Ernst Gerber.
