Synopsis
A vigilante called the Reaper, who operated in Gotham City twenty years earlier, re-emerges just as Bruce Wayne begins a relationship with Rachel Caspian, though neither Bruce nor Rachel know that her father is the Reaper. After being badly beaten by the Reaper in their first encounter, Batman decides to use the very gun used to kill his parents to bring the Reaper down.

Reprints "Batman: Year Two 1 Batman Day Special Edition" (November 2025) and has the same UPC barcode number as that issue. The back cover is an ad for DC Universe Infinite, however, instead of CGC. The cover is also printed on thinner paper stock than the original. The indicia is slightly different and has the Topaz Distribution, LLC logo added to the bottom. The comic was printed on 1/9/26 according to the indicia.
One of several dozen one-shots published by DC and distributed by Topaz Distribution through non-conventional outlets like Dollar Tree and convenience stores. All copies are polybagged, with most stickered with a lower price than the printed cover price. The copy this indexer purchased at Dollar Tree in March 2026 had a price printed on the bag for 1.25 USD.
