Synopsis

A hitman named Smith takes out his assigned target, but then the crime boss refuses to pay his contract as promised. After donning a costume and assuming the identity of the Crime Smasher, Smith kills the rest of the mob's hitmen and confronts the boss. Smith turns the mob boss over to the authorities instead of killing him
