Synopsis
Captain Marvel travels to Hawaii, where Nippo has disguised himself as an American general so that he can clear the way for another Japanese attack. The general's daughter helps Captain Marvel rescue her father and Nippo is defeated. The magic of the black pearls shows Cap Mr. Mind's next plot, which will be engineered by Dr. Sivana.
