Synopsis
After Two-Gun Kid breaks up a train robbery, Harry Kane flees into the desert and finds a medicine man preparing a potion to increase speed. Kane takes the potion when it's struck by lightning. Ingesting the liquid, Kane gains superhuman speed. Donning a colourful costume, he begins a crime spree as Hurricane, easily running circles around the law and Two-Gun Kid. However, eventually he begins to tire and the Kid catches up. Breaking an ankle, Hurricane is rendered helpless and captured. Matt Hawk defends Kane in court and the criminal is put on probation.
