Synopsis

When Melissa sees her ex-partner, she decides to let him go, but she must make it look good since backup has just arrived. On the roof, a rookie cop catches Strapped but lets him go. After Lt Richtor and Melissa talk to the Police Chief, Lt Richtor shows up at Calvarone's and tells him the plan is in motion. They both question Vintage Cross's motivations in wanting Strapped.
