No information appears in the indicia as to publisher or any other information. This comic is a reprinting from original plates with coupons blanked out. Inside appears to be Bee 29 the Bombardier #1 with pages removed to make a 36 page comic.

Cover has "Feb 48" printed on it, which has been interpreted as an issue number but is more likely to be a date (based on the dates of other Pioneer comics).
