This issue has a glossy, two-color (black and cyan) poster bound into the middle of the issue, adding 4 pages to the page count. This issue was accidentally printed with the inside front cover (including indicia) from Forever Now (Entertainment Publishing, 1986 Series) #3. Therefore, some of the data (such as Indicia publisher and Publication date) may not be correct, because it applies to Forever Now #3, not Delta Tenn #5.
