Synopsis
A young Swedish drug addict with obsidian skin and a third eye finds that when her third eye opens, a mutant power kicks in that blinds all those around her. After doing a stint in jail and getting clean from drugs, she is told by a government agent that her drug addiction actually suppressed her mutant powers and she is offered a different way of life.
