Lists the original publication date of November 1970. Actual printing date is not listed. The publication date is a guess based on Mass Market paperback series number.

An earlier printing has a two page ad at the end of the book, for Peanuts jewelry, removing two pages of comic strip reprints at the end of the book. The ad is copyrighted from 1971 and appeared in other Peanuts books starting that year. The book also includes a Peanuts books for sale ad on the copyright page offering earlier Peanuts books in the "D" series (D1343, D1378, R1889, and D1441).

A later printing circa 1974, is without the ad and the Peanuts books for sale ad only has Peanuts books in the "R" series (R1938, R1939, R1889, and R1940).
