Synopsis
Hulk enters the hidden Incan city of El Dorado and meets the ruling triumvirate, They Who Wield Power. At Gamma Base, Betty Ross learns that Doc Samson has taken her father to a secret retreat for treatment. In San Francisco, Fred Sloan has tried to contact Betty to help him with his book he's writing about the Hulk.
