Synopsis
Batman faces a new villain, the Electrocutioner, who goes after criminals who have been freed on a technicality to mete out his own lethal brand of justice. Meanwhile, Bruce becomes concerned over a competitor to Wayne Entrprises, and Dick's investigation of Wayne Enterprises reveals some disturbing findings.
