Synopsis

Three criminals take up residence in a boarding house, holding a valise with $50,000 in it, none of it which can they touch because the serial numbers have been published. The Legion, knowing about none of this, offer to take in these three "roomers" when their landlady holds the valise for payment of rent in arrears.
