Synopsis

Pale Peony and member of her Yakuza family capture Storm Shadow in a Tokyo pachinko parlor, but Storm Shadow easily frees himself while Peony escapes with Tiff. Peony's grandfather Kondo (head of the Yakuza) realizes she intends to seize Morning Light for herself and sends her nephew Masa to obtain it, revealing the item is a sword. Tiff promises to lead Sgrobe and the Oligarch to Morning Light in New York. Storm Shadow meets his aunt Obake in an amusement park and promises he's kept Morning Light's secret. While Storm Shadow returns to New York, his aunt beats up Kondo.
